Executive Coach & Business Consultant
Christian Timotti is the founder of Carpe Omnia, a career coaching and business consultancy for professionals and companies.
He spent more than 20 years running supply chain and operations at KD Nutra, Amway, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Philips, Whirlpool and CEVA Logistics, across the United States, Brazil and Latin America.
Most of it started before execution did: the target operating model, the business case, and the order of change when everything looks urgent. The delivery was ERP and S&OP implementations, procurement strategy, logistics network redesign, distribution cost efficiency and market expansion. It also meant service level and customer experience improvement, team development, and organizational change.
He started Carpe Omnia to bring the same discipline to coaching and consulting that an operating role demands: a defined problem, a clear action plan, and execution that stays aligned.
He is trilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese and works with clients across North America and Latin America.
